I am officially boycotting LYFT
They charged me a $100 damage fee for a ride my son took home,
Claiming he caused scratches to the leather interior, the photos
They sent immediately after the ride, one of them appears to be daylight
When his ride was at night. They refuse to talk to me other then via email
And refuse to address the daylight photo. They are possibly blaming
My son because he is a teenager and apparently Teen rides are not permitted on their platform yet they make no attempts to deny that service because thousands of parents have been shuttling kids and teens on LYFT for years. So corrupt! Cheats and Liars! Bad Business
Well i was suppose to get 1000 bonus after 100 rides if i got them in 30 days, so i got them in 2 weeks, than instead they said i would get 250 and i never got that either. And my app quits on me. Its hard to get ahold of anyone. This company doesn't care about there drivers at all. I have all 5 star rating until today and my app stop working. And they decided to flag my account.

My adult daughter get her ride to her interview and all was good. She tried to get a lyft ride back home and it kept cancelling on her - she has been stuck since 4 pm and now it is going on 7pm and she is still stuck. We have no car and now the one taxi service is closed for the day, the transport system is also closed for the day. Obviously, when a person needs a ride most times if not all times they need a ride back home. I even tried calling the one phone number I could find for Lyft and they hung up on me twice .... God help my daughter, it is to far to walk and I don't have a way of getting her home and it will be dark soon and she is all alone!
Why are the prices so high now?? An 11 minute ride averages $25-30? I used to be a loyal lyft-user, and I cannot afford it anymore. Thanks for making me go back to the buses!
This company is the worse with the pricing. It does not cost $35.00 from Nw 33rd to Fort Lauderdale airport after midnight. They ripping people off with the prices. My husband works at the Port and never have i paid to go to the airport that less of time for that high of a price until last night. when I'm only less than 10 mins away. B.S. Then there's no one to talk to about that matter. Another time I left an item in one of the drivers vehicle, i quickly called her and notified the lyft rep, no answer, no one reached out to me, when they finally did contact I got a web reply and nothing took place to help my situations, they all had enough time to reply especially the driver so as far as I'm concerned she stole my item, never called me right back and lyft helped her. my complaint went on deaf ears there, I'm sorry but this service is bogus, I use to drive and I know the mileage to my destinations cause I stay close to home. At 4 am there is no traffic, so why the hell would any car service charge $35.00 for 10 miles or a mile and half away from your home on a clear road? That's B.S. It's time to boycott lyft. I'm not happy with their service at this time. Customer service horrible. They don't deserve any star let alone 1.
Waited for an HOUR for a ride that was "guaranteed" in 20 mins then charged a 5 dollar cancellation fee???

They support Karen's who don't wear masks getting the people who makes them money fired on the spot Lyft suck ass
They fired an innocent black woman for telling a white aggressive passenger to put a mask on because she has an underlying health problem and she refused. Lyft is terrible !!!
Too bad I can't leave no stars. I usually call a taxi to the airport but decided to give Lyft a chance. My ride never showed even though it showed a car on the map and said it was 4 minutes away. I waited the stated 10-25 minutes for the fare class I selected, then waited another 35 minutes for the car that was 4 minutes away. Not being familiar with the app or what the protocols are, I tried texting and calling the driver but got no response. In the end I called a taxi. The Lyft app doesn't have a way for me to report a no-show driver or complain about this scenario in any way.

These are the issues I've had lyft will tell you a driver is 5 minutes away but won't have a ride for a long time just spins forever then when you go close out and come back they want to charge you more these cars pick me up I have asthma full of cologne or perfume there's no option to accommodate somebody who's asthmatic but my main problem is why do you tell me a ride is 5 minutes away when it's not you do that to trap our business and then you keep spinning and spinning and spinning you give me a price on a certain amount you say it's 1699 for a 5-minute pick up but my pickup is more than 5 minutes then you charge more I don't understand this this is b******* I'm going back to Uber where the cars are less ghetto
Lyft charge a huge fee for a driver to get in the middle of traffic, taking the long way around to have you late for your appointment. You schedule a pick up an hour ahead, and you wait an hour, so, you have to actually schedule your pick up two hours ahead. You have to wait for them, but if they have to wait on you, the ride is canceled, Lyft wants you to pay a fee. No, righteousness in this world. The big corporations are allowed to rip their clients off.
